At Drimee, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our equine solariums and stable equipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you through the return process.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days from the date of receiving your equipment to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return and a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: The item must be in the exact condition you received it— unused - free from any signs of wear or stable debris.

Packaging: Due to the size and delicate nature of our electronics and heating elements, items must be returned in their original packaging, including all protective casing, crates, or pallets used for the initial delivery.

Documentation: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at mark@drimee.com.
Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with the return address and specific instructions on how to prepare the equipment for transit. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Costs
Please Note: As Drimee products are specialist, heavy-duty items, the customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping.

Because our items (such as solariums) often require palletized freight, we strongly recommend using a tracked, insured courier service.

Drimee cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Please be aware that return shipping costs for large-scale equipment can be significant; we suggest requesting a quote from a freight provider before finalizing your return request.
Damages and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your equipment immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong component, contact us at mark@drimee.com right away. For transit damage, please provide photos of the packaging and the unit so we can resolve the issue with the courier and make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Custom Orders: Any products manufactured to bespoke specifications or personalized for your stable.

Used/Installed Items: Once a solarium or piece of kit has been used in a stable environment, it is no longer eligible for return due to health and safety/hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return (to ensure the unit is in working order), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies can take additional time to process the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at mark@drimee.com.
