Terms and Conditions

Your Purchase

All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). Whilst we try to ensure the prices are accurate, changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order. Orders are accepted at the sole discretion DriMee® Ltd are subject to your credit or account card being authorized for the transaction. We accept Visa, Master Card and Switch. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours (unless the order received over the weekend where it may take up to 72 hours) of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.


Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this website is correct and up to date. DriMee® Ltd disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. DriMee® Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.


All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us, by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.



Shipping costs on the website relate only to delivery within the UK mainland. International deliveries, as well as deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, N. Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Eire incur higher carriage charges and are individually quoted. Please call for a quote and order by phone if you live in these area.



We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 21 days of receipt of order / payment. If this is not possible we will contact you. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If any goods arrive damaged or are faulty or not as ordered then please inform us by telephone or email as soon as possible. This must be no later than 48 hours from receipt of goods. We will then contact you to make arrangements for the goods to be returned and replaced.


We would advise you to obtain a certificate of posting for goods which are returned to us. The faulty goods will be collected within 10 days of the day after receipt. The goods will be replaced or the cost of goods and carriage will be refunded at our discretion. Any refund will be paid within 30 days of agreeing to do so. Goods must be returned in good, working condition.


The Seller’s sole liability for defective or damaged Goods shall be to repair or replace at its option the Goods or relevant part. Except for death or personal injury caused by the Seller, the Seller shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage, costs or expenses of whatever nature which arise from the supply of Goods or their use or resale unless expressly provided in these Conditions.


Cancellation & Returns

In the unlikely event you find a fault with your product, please contact us within 12 months of the purchase date with details of the fault plus any images / proof. We will attempt to repair the unit in the first instance; if for whatever reason we are unable to do so, we will endeavour to replace with a like for like unit. If no alternative is available, we will reimburse accordingly.

Any product sent back 12 months after the purchase date will be at the cost of the customer including any repairs that may have been authorised.


1) Guarantee only applies if the equipment has been used in a professional manner following the manufacturer’s instructions.

2) The guarantee covers defects in the material and components failure only. We are not liable for trading loss, water damage or loss due to injury or fire damage.


Complaints Procedure

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. Please email we will keep you fully informed throughout the process.
